Free Shipping

We provide free standard shipping for website orders across serviceable locations in India.

Estimated Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within approximately 4-5 days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather conditions, operational disruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in the event of a material delivery delay.

Delivery Address

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information when placing your order, including:

• Correct PIN code

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or failed delivery.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Website Payment & COD

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered as a standard payment option for orders placed directly through our website.

Website orders must be paid using the payment methods displayed and available at checkout.

WhatsApp Orders & COD

For orders placed separately through our WhatsApp or customer-support channel, Cash on Delivery or partial advance payment with the remaining amount payable on delivery may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Such arrangements are subject to confirmation by ZEPH, delivery serviceability and the payment terms communicated before the order is confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, defective or contains an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For eligible cases, you may choose between a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Shows Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us promptly so that we can assist you and, where appropriate, coordinate with the courier partner.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within India only.
